Thank you all for your excitement! It is wonderful to finally be in the same country.
No, Annie, it's not THAT guitar! That guitar was still in Manila when that photo was taken, however it arrived here in Port Macquarie yesterday - safe and sound.
Hello! I am Victor. I am very happy to be here. Many things new - and one thing old (it's Rachel). Yesterday I went to TAFE for speaking English course. Was very good. This time is long journey and long time - the first time in my life, but I am very happy to be here with my love. God bless everyone. God be with you all.
Hi there Justin! Yes, it's a long story that began 3-and-a-half years ago when Victor and I met in Bangkok (though the story didn't really get going until a year later). Since then there have been many flights, phone-calls and long waits for visas. Now Victor is here in Port Macquarie for 12 months working at St Thomas' church. And it's great to be in the same town again.
By the way, I enjoyed visiting your blog. It's such a great way to get a picture of someone's life.
Thanks Rachel. I hope it all goes well with you and Victor. I married an American. So I know something of flying, waiting, phone calls, visas etc. God bless.

Welcome, Victor. We love having you here, you are so exuberant and full of faith.
rach isn't THAT old, victor
Can we know a bit more about Victor? What you have shown here is a small door to a large story, right?
Anyone wish to tell the story?
I know something of long distance relationships...
Justin.
Hi Victor,
Looking forward to seeing you again.
Love Jenny and Andrew
